Wow, is it hot this summer. But I have some clients that are really troopers this year and I love them. A little sweating is good for you right? Well, shot these engagement pics the other day with some true troopers and just love how they turned out. Thanks for hanging in there with the heat and I can’t wait to shoot your wedding in sept.

Here is my second mamma that wanted to surprise her hubby. She told me he has been asking her for years to get a picture done for him. She brought her two sweet 7yr. old twins with her to get some of the three of them together as well (daddy thought they had a dentist apt.) Surprise Dad! Loved these three girls and I know daddy was thrilled with the sweet surprise.

I have had a couple of my clients lately have me take some pictures of just them for their hubbys and I love it. To me there is nothing more fun than being able to show us moms just how beautiful we can be. We spend so much of our days caring for others that sometimes we get lost in the shuffle and feel a little frazzled. So I have truly enjoyed working with a couple moms the last few weeks, just making them feel pretty and we had so much fun doing it. Here is my first gorgeous momma!

My daughter has always had a love for the camera – acting – dressing up – whatever – and I have to say that there is one person that has truly helped her enjoy and fulfill that love in her life. That would be the wonderful Ms. Erica – Her and her husband own an amazing acting studio in Grapevine – We love them so much. I got to hang out with Ms. Erica’s hubby the other day to do a couple updated headshots for him and it was a true pleasure – hope to see you guys soon – your the best!

Darn sunflowers!

Last year I wanted to get a couple pics of the kids in the sunflowers but just ran out of time – this year it was so darn hot that the thought of it just made me sweat. So needless to say at 10min. before dark the other night I dressed the kids real quick and ran them down the road to at least try to get a couple – Do you know how many bugs like sunflowers? ALOT! and birds and bees – ahhhh. Anyway – we didn’t have a whole lot of time and they were looking pretty puny but hey, I can say I did it now and that’s that – my poor kids – I love you sweeties! Oh and the last pic is just a random one I took when we got home while mike was hanging up my new swing.

As much as I love running after little kiddo’s trying to snap their pictures – I have to say I love when people call and ask me to do head shots – little less running – and always fun. You are amazing E – not only on the outside – but just as amazing on the inside…

Well most of you know my tabberry and how much she helps me out. But I must say usually when I post her pictures, it is not always of her best side (she is a great help with checking my lighting and being goofy (usually with a tutu on her head) – well I had the pleasure this week of taking some pics of her better (less goofy) side for her sweet hubby – tab you are beautiful – inside and out!
